Holler & Hedge Lawn Care – Terms of Service

By requesting or accepting services from Holler & Hedge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all lawn care services provided in Louisville, Kentucky — including Fairdale (40118), Okolona (40219), Valley Station (40272), Highview (40228), Hillview (40229), Fern Creek (40291), Jeffersontown (40299), Middletown (40245), and Prospect (40059).
1. Lawn Care Services Provided in Louisville, KY
We provide lawn mowing, trimming, edging, hedge trimming, yard cleanups, and other landscaping services throughout Louisville, KY. Services are provided as selected by the client through our quote and scheduling system. Quotes only include the specific services selected in the 9-question quote form. Mowing and trimming are only included if explicitly chosen.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are generated using our 9-question online form and are based on client-provided information. Additional services like edging, bed redefining, and hedge trimming may be priced dynamically based on yard conditions or layout.
Quotes are honored as provided, but if your yard differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust pricing after the initial inspection. We will contact you before proceeding with any adjustments to ensure you approve the updated terms before service begins.
Only one promotional discount may be applied per visit. The Hedge-to-Hedge™ Discount cannot be combined with other offers such as recurring visit discounts (e.g., weekly or monthly price reductions).
3. Scheduling Appointments
Appointments are scheduled online. The time selected is a placeholder to reserve the day — not a guaranteed time slot. Actual service may occur at any time that day or within a reasonable range depending on routing, weather, and the flexibility options you selected.
We’ll notify you if your scheduled date needs to shift and confirm service prior to performing work.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring yard access (e.g., unlocked gates, secured pets)
Informing us of underground hazards or delicate areas
Notifying us of any changes in availability
5. Payment Terms
Invoices are sent via email after service. Payment is due within 48 hours. Late or non-payment may result in service delays or cancellation.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right whenever possible.
7. Safety & Liability
We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for damages caused by hidden or unmarked objects, or for injuries resulting from unsafe yard conditions. Clients should ensure the service area is free of debris and pet waste.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may cancel or reschedule anytime without penalty — but we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. Excessive no-shows may result in service being paused or declined.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Information collected through our website or direct communication is used solely to provide services, manage scheduling, and maintain client communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. By requesting a quote or booking service, you consent to these practices.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
11. Hedge-to-Hedge™ Discount Program
The Hedge-to-Hedge™ Discount is a neighbor referral incentive that reduces the per-yard price when two or more homes on the same street, block, or subdivision book service together. Discounts are tiered as follows:
1 neighbor = $5 off per yard
2 neighbors = $10 off per yard
3 or more neighbors = $15 off per yard
To qualify, services must be scheduled within the same service window and meet minimum batching requirements determined by Holler & Hedge. The Hedge-to-Hedge™ Discount is not combinable with other offers, recurring visit discounts, or custom quoted rates unless explicitly approved.
Clients participating in the program are encouraged to coordinate with neighbors in advance, though we are happy to assist in grouping properties whenever possible.
